( The first thing you should do in the morning after you get up is drink sixteen ounces of water...  This will flush all of the toxins out of your body that the cells generated while you slept.

Seventy percent of the body is made up of water. Over seventy percent of daily sicknesses like headaches are directly related to a lack of water. When you have a headache you are simply dehydrated, so drink water. When you are thirsty you are already dehydrated. When you consume alcohol, your body is using up water during the process of eliminating the toxins in the drink. When you do not replace this water, the body has to take it from somewhere else that it has stored it up. This puts stress on your body and you call this fatigue a ”Hang Over”. You simply are dehydrated.

As a rule, if you drink 8 ounces of alcohol, you have to drink 16 ounces of water to counter the effect. Drink water and watch your energy increase while your aches, pains and lack of gains simply wash away. Your body will start to become alkaline and when your body is in a state of equilibrium then it is in a state to fight off disease, illness and infections.

I personally fill three sixteen-ounce bottles of water every morning and I consume them throughout the day. I purposefully drink forty-eight ounces of water a day. Did you ever wonder how people get away with not drinking water? I have found out that the majority of people are actually absorbing, the only water they get, into their bodies through their skin while they are showering or taking a bath. That is no way to properly hydrate your body.

Yes, I believe you should be drinking specifically filtered water and I have heard of alkaline water, but let’s get into that in the next article or on the website. Just walk over to the tap and drink water in the morning because it will make you feel better.
